Delivery and assembly Delivery The products are delivered as components and elements and include: »»delivery note »»assembly instructions The products are suitably packed and transported in accordance with our transport policy. The goods are delivered on pallets to facilitate handling, which reduces both costs and transport damage. Assembly instructions Detailed assembly instructions are included with every product. The illustrated assembly instructions give you all the necessary information about the delivery. Assembly The product must be assembled in accordance with the assembly instructions included with the product when it is delivered. Ordering You can place an order via letter, email or telephone. We ask that any instructions regarding alterations of our standard products be sent in writing.
