Examples of customer references Pioneering Spirit – World’s largest vessel The platform, installation and decommissioning pipelay vessel, Pioneering Spirit, is the largest vessel ever constructed in the world in terms of gross tonnage, breadth, and displacement. Formerly the Pieter Schelte, this vessel was built for the Allseas company at the Daewoo shipyard in South Korea. Evac supplied vacuum collection systems including two ejector vacuum units, 320 Evac vacuum toilets and four transfer units for black and grey water, as well as wastewater treatment systems including two STP-type Evac MBR units. Floatel International - Semi-submersible accommodation vessels Floatel International owns and operates a fleet of offshore accommodation and construction support vessels. The company was established in 2006. Evac’s vacuum toilet systems and wastewater treatment systems, including large scale membrane bioreactors and sludge driers, can be found aboard three of the newest semi-submersible accommodation vessels (floatels) of the company: Floatels Victory and Endurance and a third floatel currently under construction. The provided systems meet the latest NORSOK standards. Our list of customer projects includes Oasis of the Seas and her sister ship, Allure of the Seas, owned by Royal Caribbean International and built by STX Finland (operating as Meyer Turku since 2014). These two Oasis class cruise vessels are the largest cruise vessels in the world, each with the capability to carry over 8,000 passengers and crew. Evac’s water-, wastewater- and waste management and automation systems cover all waste management needs of the vessels.
